True Synergy – Yacon Syrup Review

012

True Synergy Yacon Syrup, what can I say, first is has a sticky feel I can compare it to a sweet candy like taste, I use it in my smoothies I make. Now I did not get over hyper or feel high like on this, it actually gives you a natural energy boost which I know some of us need. As you can see in the picture it is dark in color and thick. But that mixes in nicely with and beverage you choose to use, you can also add to meals you are cooking. In one week I have actually dropped 3 pounds, sure it may not seem like alot but it is too me. Losing weight to fast can be unhealthy. I use it 3 times a day like it says too.

The product is made in the USA, and is 100% natural. If your curious what a Yacon is, it is a plant the grows in the ground, it is related to the sunflower family. And is known as the watery root.

Here is some information for you from the actual company:
Pure yacon syrup assists in weight loss and slimming waist sizes, regulating blood sugar, and increasing daily fiber intake
The syrup, distilled from the Peruvian tuber yacon — contains up to 50 percent fructooligosacharides, or FOS. FOS, classified as a prebiotic, is a non-caloric sweetener and also a fiber source.
According to a 2009 Scientific study, daily intake of yacon syrup produced a significant decrease in body weight, waist circumference and body mass index.
Yacon syrup Speeds up the metabolism to combat excess fat and regulates the hunger hormone, making you feel full longer.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
